Achieving and Maintaining Optimal Health

As a 🟡 Steer, you exhibit consistent fundamental mechanics, and as a 🟢 Competitor, you demonstrate increased work capacity alongside those mechanics. Each level get you closer to optimal health.

As you progress through the wellness levels and reach  your goals you will start to achieve higher fitness goals. Next level you will reach is 🟣 Bull, comprehending the threshold to optimize work capacity while showcasing consistent fundamental mechanics in strength, gymnastics, and conditioning, or at the 🔵 Elite level, demonstrating unwavering high-skill mechanics in these areas, our coaching and supportive community will aid your journey towards health, wellness, and fitness. As a 🔴 Raging Bull, you display increased work capacity alongside consistent high-skill mechanics, while ⚫ Firebreathers understand the threshold to optimize work capacity and maintain consistent high-skill mechanics.
