We believe that fitness should be fun and engaging for children. Our classes are designed to include Training that are both challenging and enjoyable. our curriculum fundamentals are the same across all ages. As the fundamentals are understood we begin introducing more complex movement to build unmatched health and athleticism. The Air squat becomes a front squat, a front squat, becomes a squat clean.
Camp is 6 weeks. Starting June 11th. Spots are limited.
Our CrossFit Youth Programs are designed to get your children moving and active while having fun. Our certified coaches will teach your children how to perform basic CrossFit movements safely and correctly. The program is designed to improve strength, agility, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.
