CrossFit is a health, fitness, and performance program combining nutrition, bodyweight movements, aerobic exercise, and weightlifting.
No, you don’t need to be in shape to start. The workouts are scalable and can be adjusted to fit any fitness level, from beginners to advanced.
A typical class includes a warm-up, a skill or strength component, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down. Each class is usually one hour long.

We offer youth classes for ages 3-17 years old. Adult classes typically require participants to be at least 16 years old. We have no age limit and are currently training athletes in their 70’s.
Inform your coach about any injuries or conditions so we can modify workouts to accommodate your needs. We use movement to rehab injury and improve medical conditions.
Most people begin with 2-3 sessions per week and build up to 4-5 times per week. Meet with a coach to match the correct volume and intensity for you.
Yes, we offer a variety of classes including beginner classes, skill development sessions, and specialized classes like Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics.
Everybody is welcome and our community is supportive and encouraging. Members often form strong bonds and support each other both inside and outside the gym.
