Step 1: No Sweat Intro

Starting a new fitness routine can be exciting, but it can
also be intimidating, especially if you’re new to the gym. However, with a little preparation and the right mindset, you can conquer those gym jitters and achieve your fitness goals with ease.

During your No Sweat Intro we’ll discuss your goals and work with you to get started towards accomplishing them. 

Step 2: KickStart

Before you jump into the deep end, it’s important to have a solid foundation. That’s where our Kickstart program comes in. This comprehensive introduction to CrossFit will teach you the basics of the movements and techniques you’ll use in your workouts, and help you build the confidence and competence you need to succeed.

Step 3: Nutrition

In addition to teaching you the foundational movements of CrossFit, the Kickstart program now includes nutrition coaching to help you fuel your body for optimal performance. By combining skill-based instruction with personalized nutrition advice, you’ll be able to maximize the benefits of your workouts and achieve your goals faster.

Step 4: Progress Check-in

At CrossFit ValleyView, progress check-ins are a regular part of the journey. Progress check-ins allow you to assess your strengths and weaknesses, set new goals, and stay motivated.

 

With the support of your coach and the encouragement of your fellow participants, we know your progress check-in will be a time for celebration.

Step 5: Group Class

In a CrossFit group class, you’ll have the opportunity to
work out alongside like-minded individuals, push yourself to your limits, and see results faster than ever before – all while being a part of a supportive community. 

 

Step 6: Goal Review

Your second progress check-in is a time to reflect on what you’ve accomplished and give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back.

If you need to make some adjustments, your coach will help you stay motivated and find the right path for you. At the end of your check-in you’re ready to fully adopt the CrossFit lifestyle.
